How often should I get my knives sharpened?
The average time between sharpening is 3-4 months depending on how often you use your knives.
How long does it take to sharpen a knife?
With my specialized equipment, I can sharpen a large kitchen knife with a dull edge in 15-20 minutes.
Do you offer pick-up or drop-off services?
Currently, I am mobile and will come to you, inspect your knives, give you a price up-front, then take them to my shop.
Once I have completed the task, I will then deliver them back within 24 hours. Usually later that evening.
Will sharpening remove a significant amount of material from my knife?
For a basic sharpening, very little material will be removed.
If there is damage that needs repair, then more material will be removed.
Can you sharpen serrated knives or scissors?
I do sharpen serrated knives and have sharpened many scissors.
